The process of planning for your estate or business can be a challenging experience.  After all, you are discussing your life’s work and the legacy you will leave.  In effecting your intentions, Register Law will, of course, endeavor to reduce the impact of taxes as much as possible, but we do not believe that to be the sole or necessarily even the most important factor in this process.

Register Law believes that an estate or business plan should be an expression of the individual; a statement not only of what happens to his or her “stuff” at death, but as important, an accurate reflection of who he or she really is while alive. Accomplishing this requires more than applying formulas or analyzing numbers on a page.  Simply stated, to design a plan that reflects you, we need to know more than just what you own – we need to know more about who you are.
